You may ask how is this possible? In which sector? In which Industry?

Fact is that in every crisis there is an opportunity and if you have the correct mindset for it you can definitely take advantage of the situation in a positive way.

Nothing will be the same than before and the World will adapt or have to adapt. Will you? At first, the mindset is probably the most important factor of your personal renovation and if you sit down, relax and reflect for a moment, you will agree with me that there are tons of opportunities around you.

Many people tell me „it’s not for me“ or „I have no idea about the digital World“ and there are many more excuses, but only excuses.

The MOST important thing is „MINDSET and ATTITUDE“. Look if you have the right attitude and if you are open for accepting changes than you can learn everything anywhere, anytime. All the possible knowledge can be acquired around the clock within seconds if you know what you are searching and you are not desperately losing time while surfing the internet.

The importance is first to stay focus on what you really want, in which niche you want to position yourself. You may not know if now and there I can help you.

It has never been a better time to start an online business. Most businesses are in a lockdown while ours is booming during this time.

Free your mind – free yourself – get your freedom!

Some people will stay their all life in a mold and never go out – well I do not belong to this group. I may be considered as a revolutionary guy but this is a choice.

A look into the future! For me living day by day is a must. Each new day has to be appreciated as a gift. And also every day you can learn new things that bring you further.

I appreciate the past but not live in it. The past is the past and here my recommendation is always to take the best out of it. Sure there are ups and downs in the life of everyone.

Let me tell you one thing – forget the negative part, you won’t be able to change it, take what you learn from it to improve your way of thinking, your knowledge, your experiences. All is part of your developmental phase.

Living in the past will not bring you further, enjoy the present and the future. Keep on going with new projects, embrace the change. Change is part of your daily life. If you refuse it, you will get stucked and become negative towards it. You cannot fight the change. Look the speed of events, how fast we went from fax to email or now social media communication. Black and white television to Netflix. No way to fight against it just embrace it and make your way along to the future.

Even the eating habits changed, so I became more healthy, and, if I would have known this years back… I would have had less to fight against the weight))).

My journey continues with many trips to reach even more freedom. I just started a new education in marketing after having become a Personal Trainer last year. My goal is to share it with as many people as possible and enjoy a further personal development.

Paradise is calling

Paradise is calling…

If I tell you that my career started in the Maldives, what would you think about me? Or if I tell you that I work in the scuba diving industry, would you ask me the following question? Is this a job?

I have heard this question over and over during my whole career and it is always with a smile that I can answer.

Yes!

Sometimes, you don’t know why but you are a leader per se, but you don’t know why. In a group, you say something and people start to follow you or accept your ideas. And you still don’t know why.

Sometimes, you do not want to be the leader and have all these responsibilities, stress and daily problems with the World. I went to the Maldives to be in paradise and follow my passion and yet, I always became a manager or higher, of the company I was working with.

But what if I didn’t want to be in a CEO position? What if you refuse a promotion? There are situations where you have no choice but to accept or you are out.

This happened to me and I made the mistake to accept a position that I didn’t want. Do I regret it? No, because every step in your life brings you further and you can stay with the positive or with the negative. I chose option 1.

Now, some years later, being 60 but I prefer to say 39 and a few months, I realize that dealing with teams, listening to them, especially if they are younger, gives you so much joy in mixing experience and visions, energy and passion. The way you lead a team is not based on how much you work but on how much you value your team. This ultimately will also give you a better quality life and if you are lucky as I am you will live your passion.

And my motto is, actually I have two, the first one is that “I look myself in the mirror every morning and I like what I see” and the second one is from Albert Einstein – “there are always people seeing a problem for every solution”. I dedicate my time to positive people.
